Users must provide valid student identification to participate in our services.
Muncho reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the student identification provided.
4. Ordering and Delivery
Orders must be placed by 12 PM for same-day processing.
Deliveries are made during a designated daily time slot to ensure low CO2 emissions and minimize traffic congestion.
Users must collect their packages from the security at the designated reception area. Please note that the package is with the security for you to collect at reception.
Muncho reserves the right to refuse delivery if the order is incomplete, the payment is not processed, or the delivery location is inaccessible.
In case of non-collection, Muncho will not be responsible for any perishable items that spoil due to delayed pickup.
5. Events and Giveaways
Participation in events and giveaways is voluntary and subject to specific rules provided for each event or giveaway.
Muncho reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any event or giveaway without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or low participation rates.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities related to the giveaway or event, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Packages and Vouchers
Packages are personalized and may include additional free goodies at Muncho's discretion.
Muncho cannot guarantee specific items in packages and uses vouchers to allow Users to choose preferred groceries.
Unused vouchers have an expiration date and cannot be redeemed after this date. Users are encouraged to check the expiration date and redeem vouchers promptly.
Muncho is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers once they have been issued to the User.

Muncho is not responsible for the quality or performance of products from third-party partners. Any issues with products should be directed to the respective partner.
