To ensure same-day delivery, please place your order before 12 noon. Orders placed before this cut-off time will be processed and dispatched for delivery on the same day. If your order is placed after 12 noon, it will be processed for delivery on the following day. This cut-off time allows us to coordinate with our partners and delivery teams to ensure a smooth and timely service.
2. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made once a day during a designated time slot to minimize our carbon footprint and avoid contributing to traffic congestion. By consolidating deliveries, we ensure efficient routing and reduce the environmental impact of our service.
3. Muncho Pick-Up Points
We have established designated Muncho pick-up points in each participating building. This system eliminates the need for you to be at home to receive your order, providing flexibility to collect your groceries at your convenience. The pick-up points are easily accessible and are monitored to ensure the safety of your packages.
4. Notifications and Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS, including the estimated time of arrival and instructions on how to collect your order from the pick-up point. Our system ensures that you are kept informed every step of the way.
5. Handling and Storage
To maintain the freshness and quality of your groceries, we take special care in handling and storage during the delivery process. Items are packaged securely to prevent damage, and perishables are kept at appropriate temperatures to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.
6. Missed Deliveries and Re-attempts
In the unlikely event that you are unable to collect your order on the scheduled day, our policy allows for a re-attempt on the next delivery day. This ensures that you can still receive your groceries without significant delay.
7. Customer Support

Return Policy for Muncho
At Muncho, we are committed to providing students with high-quality groceries at unbeatable prices. To maintain the efficiency of our services and minimize waste, we have established the following return policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable goods, all sales of fresh produce, dairy, meat, and other perishables are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or spoiled at the time of delivery.
Non-Perishable Items: Returns for non-perishable items may be accepted under the conditions outlined below.
2. Conditions for Returns
Original Condition: Non-perishable items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.
Return Request: Customers must submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving their order. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
Proof of Purchase: All return requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
3. Return Process
Approval: All return requests are subject to approval by Muncho. Once a return request is approved, customers will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Pick-Up Point Returns: Customers are required to return the item to the designated Muncho pick-up point at their building. Muncho does not provide collection services for returned items.
4. Refunds
Refund Method: Approved returns will be refunded via Muncho store credit only. Cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods are not available.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date the returned item is received and inspected by Muncho.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
User Error: Muncho will not accept returns or issue refunds for items ordered in error by the customer.
Change of Mind: Items cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind after the purchase.
Missed Delivery: Refunds will not be issued for orders that were not collected from the pick-up point within the specified time frame.
6. Defective or Spoiled Items
Reporting: Any defective or spoiled items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Muncho reserves the right to request photographic evidence to assess the issue.
Resolution: In cases of defective or spoiled items, Muncho may offer a replacement or a refund in the form of store credit, at its sole discretion.
7. Policy Changes
Muncho reserves the right to amend this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Muncho website.
